Thank you for shopping with us at Spilt Milk! We want you to love your products, but also understand that sometimes stuff happens!
Please review our refund policy outlined below.
- Change of mind returns can be made if returned within 30 days for a store credit.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.
Faulty Items:
- If the item(s) you received is faulty, we are happy to offer a full refund.
- Please email us within 30 days of receiving your purchase at support@spiltmilk.baby.
- Include an image of the fault along with your Order Number for further review.
Sale Items:
- Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange, or credit note.
- All sales of discounted items are final.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges can be made by emailing support@spiltmilk.baby with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- Once we have received your items, you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items.
- The credit note will enable you to repurchase any new products from our website.
Credit Note:
- A credit note will be issued for the original order amount (excluding postage).
- The credit note is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- We will email you a unique code as a gift card, which can be entered upon checkout.
Please note that all returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet the specified conditions mentioned above.
